Is John Edward Really Psychic? My Incredible Experience With a Famous Medium (No Bull!)

I want to start this off with a quick confession…

As a psychic and paranormal publisher, I’ve gotten LOTS of psychic readings. I’ve called, visited and spoken with psychics, mediums, clairvoyants, healers, empaths and intuitives from one side of the world to the next. I’ve had a few experiences with celebrity psychics as well along the way…and the truth is, they were rarely good (or rarely worth the high cost of admission to get access to a “famous” reader).

I know that he’s controversial, and I know that many skeptics like to point fingers and try to poke holes…

Bu MY experience with John Edward was quite amazing.

I went to see him in a small group setting a few months ago in south Florida, where I live.

It wasn’t a completely “private” reading, as there were about 30 other people in the room. But, I know with 100% certainty that the people in the room were random members of the public – skeptics and believers alike, and that there was no “set up”. (as I know some of the others in attendance, although we were careful to sit separately, not speak or acknowledge each other and we arrived in separate cars as well to be on the safe side)

Basically, my small group represented about 1 third of the audience and there was no way that Edward or his staff could know this.

Without getting into the super small specifics, the entire session lasted about 3 hours or so. Many messages came through that were HYPER specific (no random but common facts, letter guessing, vague generalities or other guessing games that suggest cold reading, and NOT communication with another realm) and many of the people in the room were moved to tears on more than one occasion. Some of the information that came through was so amazingly accurate…and the emotions that these messages elicited so raw and real for those whom they were intended, it was very difficult to NOT be moved.

But, I didn’t know some of these people, so I had to take their responses, and their affirmations that the information was accurate, as true. (which I do, but there is always a wee bit of doubt)

However…knowing the recent (and tragic) history of several of the people in the room, when the readings moved to those that I knew, the accuracy was simply stunning.

Having friends in that space who had lost a child, and with the parents of that child sitting in opposite sides of the room, it was absolutely incredible to watch Edward not only bring forth messages from their infant daughter, but even more brain baffling…was his acknowledgment that both parents were in the room…but were NOT sitting together. (he used the metaphor of -”she’s showing me musical chairs, which makes me think your husband, and her father is not the man sitting next to you)

Of course that was true, and done by design as a precautionary measure as my friend, the husband was a SUPER skeptic. Within moments, John fixed his gaze in the direction of where my friend sat and called him out ALMOST by name (just missed it by one letter) and the whole room at this point was in tears.

It was truly an incredible experience and one that I’ll never forget. I’ve had plenty o f amazing psychic readings, and plenty of first hand PROOF that the “afterlife” is real, as well. But this was special. Maybe because he is such a famous, well known and controversial public figure. Or maybe because I simply believe that in many respects, he is the “public face” of what a medium is. (both to believer and skeptics alike)

But it was truly an incredible experience, and one that I’m glad I got to share with close friends who weren’t sure what to expect. (and now who believe that there ARE people who have a special unique gift…and that that gift, when used for GOOD, can help to heal the world just a little bit…like it truly felt had happened for ALL of us in that room, on that special day.
